Well today, we ate at Denny’s in the morning instead of the hotel, followed by a production meeting in the Presidential suite! (yeah) We made groups for the day, and six kids went to L.A. with Frank for B roll with the basketball players that we would meet in the future. The remainder of the group went with Pat and Buck in the motor home to Venice beach. At the beach, we taped a little B roll, and found sites for the future shoots at the beach. Upon return, we met Franks van at Denny’s for dinner and then got dressed for the evening shoot. The evening shoot consisted of attending the South Bay Youth Project called "Late Night Basketball", and interviewed students the played games on Saturday nights to control anger management. It was very successful, and technical wise we worked as a team very well. The talent certainly did their job, and picked some well- minded kids, who gave us some great interviews. They also staged a dunk contest and a dribbling contest, that went over well, but all in all, the day was great, ending with a long night, and with tired faces!
