Woke up this morning unusually early, still not adjusted to the time difference here on the west side of the country. Breakfast at Denny’s and then a ride over to meet some kids that would be at the basketball shoot it was back to the hotel to get ready for tonight’s shoot of the basketball group. Much fun was had driving over in the motor home. There is a large window in the back of the motor home and a sign was made which read "HONK OF YOU’RE HAPPY". We made lots of new friends with people in other cars this way.

The shoot in the evening was our first, it was hectic as expected. We met some dedicated and truthful kids and got some great interviews. I also got a chance to freestyle rap on the mic in the back (yo).

Then it was back to the hotel with more people honking out of happiness, with the night ending with myself and my roommate’s switching rooms so we could be next to Nick, Jeremy, and Brian’s room so we could have joining rooms and take advantage of a community sized bathroom.
